Espresso Martini

Paul’s Way! With Mr Black

serves 2

2x shots espresso
3x 50ml Mr Black cold brew coffee liqueur
3x 50ml Kahlua
4x 50ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka

Using a Boston shaker (1 x 18oz & 1 x 28oz stainless steel), put LOADS of ice into the 28oz shaker

Then add the ingredients to the smaller 18oz shaker.

Pour the ingredients over the ice, put both parts of the shaker together & shake madly until your arms want to give up; more shake, better froth.

Strain through a Hawthorne strainer, taking care to share the froth evenly in the two cocktail glasses.

Decorate with 2 or 3 coffee beans
