TUNA TOSTADA

This is a great dish as a starter or as a snack when you are having guests.

Ingredients

  • 500g sushi-grade tuna cut in 1cm dice

  • ½ avocado, small dice

  • 2 spring onions very thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

  • 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice 

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons smoked chipotle

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 10 small corn tortillas for frying, about 4 inch

  • Sea salt

In a non-stick fry pan heat a good amount of olive oil over medium heat. 

Fry the tortilla, until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Remove to paper towel to drain and season with sea salt.

In a bowl mix tuna, avocado, spring onion, ginger, sesame seeds, lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix gently.

Taste and season.

Place about 1 good tablespoon of ceviche on each tostada.
