Espresso Martini

serves 2

  • 100ml vodka

  • 70ml coffee liqueur

  • 2 shot espresso

  • Ground cinnamon

  • Roasted coffee beans

  • Ice

  • 2 Martini glasses

Fill the cocktail shaker with a small handful of ice and pop ice into your glass to chill.

Pour the vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso into the bottom half of a cocktail shaker.

Screw on the top half of the shaker and give it a good tap to seal and lock the liquid in, then shake really well. 

This will smash the ice up whist chilling it down and create the froth.

Once you have shaken well, tap the side of the shaker to break the seal and empty the ice out of the Martini glass, then place a cocktail strainer on top of the shaker and pour evenly into the 2 glasses. 

Garnish with a pinch cinnamon and a coffee bean.

Serve and enjoy,…. then make another!
